An accessibility review was carried out on this website in October 2024.
The findings and fixes using the WAVE Tool, Colour Contrast Analyser (CCA) and manual checks were the following:
Faults and Fixes
Alt text - There was no Alternative Text (alt text) for the 5 stars image on the home page. A blank alt declaration was added into the html to notify visitors that the image was purely decorative.
Adjacent Links - A link to the plant hire page was too near on the page to another link. The first link was removed as it was surplus to requirements.
After the edits were made the pages passed the WAVE tool accessibility test for WCAG 2.1 AAA standard.
